I accompany my clients who wish to sell or acquire a property (apartment, house, land) in Paris and nearby suburbs. My services are personalized and I remain the sole contact for all the steps of the project until the signing of the authentic deed: - estimating the property: gathering information, competitive analysis of the market and positioning of assets. - enhancement of the property: professional photographer (possibility of homestaging and/or virtual tour). - sale of the property: search for potential buyers in my client portfolio and that of my network, writing and wide distribution of the ad on the main portals (SeLoger, Belles Demeures,...), visits and reports of visits, study of offers and negotiation. - secure transaction: validation of financing files by my broker partners, coordination of parties (seller, acquirer, notaries and trustee), promise of sale signed at the notary. My fees are adjusted thanks to a reduced structure fee.
