Happy Ridge consists not only of the main house but also two studio apartments each with its own newly installed kitchens, air conditioning, and offering a different angle of the amazing views. The complete villa can accommodate up to 10 persons comfortably, is very private, and offers a great sense of security. The villa is near Phillipsburg, St. Maarten's Dutch side capital, and is within walking distance from the shops on Front Street and the beach.
