This charming and modern villa is located in a quiet residential area, just a few meters from Praia dos Coxos (5 minutes walk) and S. Lourenço beach, 3km from the center of Ericeira and quick access to Lisbon and Sintra.
On the 1st floor you will find an equipped kitchen, a dining room, a cozy and large living room (sleeps 2 people on a sofa bed), access to a spacious terrace with barbecue and sea view where you can enjoy your sunbathing, toilet support.
On the 2nd floor you will find three bedrooms, one suite and another with a double bed and yet another with two single beds; 1 full toilet.
The terrace is furnished in order to bring the whole family together, enjoying meals outdoors with the aroma of the sea, a space where children can play outdoors and safely.

For reservations, it will always be necessary to confirm availability;
To book, advance payment of 50% of the total amount made by bank transfer;
Payment of the remaining 50% of the amount up to 2 days before check-in
Security Deposit €300.00 in cash;
The refund of the deposit is made after verification, at the end of the stay/check-out;
The return of the deposit may be suspended, or even be requested higher if there is: damage / damage / dirt or extreme untidiness / excessive number of occupants even temporarily / loss of keys / other anomalous situations;
