The house is in such a location where both the mountain and the sea are almost at its feet. They are both 10 minutes and less with a vehicle. The harbor of the city hosts yachts and fishing boats where fishermen offer fresh fish in the area and tourists with their yachts go on excursions to nearby destinations and islands in the summer months.
