The building of housing to be built are two buildings in installments in one, where the demolition of the two existing buildings was approved for the construction of a new one.
The proposal consists of 6 floors above the sill quota and a floor below the sill dimension. The building is of exclusive housing use, with 10 parking spaces for these fractions.
On floor 0, the proposal of exclusive patio for the use of floor 1 dwellings was approved, with leisure areas and green landscaped surfaces.
