Within a 2km radius, you can find the center of Vila dos Olhos de Água, supermarkets, restaurants, local shops, pharmacy, among other amenities. This amazing villa with a shared swimming pool is located in a quiet area of the Algarve, but close to everything. Private parking is available inside and outside the property, depending on availability. Abut the property: This property with shared swimming pool and air conditioning in the rooms, was designed for your dream vacation and is available to accommodate up to 10 people. It consists of 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, living and dining room, equipped kitchen and a terrace with outdoor furniture and a pool view, ideal for sunbathing and for games between adults and kids. On the ground floor we can find: kitchen, equipped for 10 people, electric oven, microwave, fridge with freezer, toaster, electric kettle, washing machine and dishwasher, utensils for 10 people and water heater for water heating. One bedroom with a double bed and built-in wardrobes. A service bathroom with shower. A room composed of a living area where you can relax on the modern sofas or watch cable TV and use the free WIFI that we have at your disposal, and a dining area. On the upper floor, with access by stairs, we can find: Three bedrooms, two with a double bed and the other with 2 single beds, one of which is en suite and with built-in wardrobe. There is also a shared bathroom equipped with a shower. On the lower floor (basement), we can find a bedroom with two single beds and a lounge with a ping-pong table. Outside the house, with direct access from the living room, we can find one of the highlights of this spectacular holiday home, the south-facing terrace with a pleasant view of the pool and gardens, where you can train your favorite dives or simply rest . In the pool, sun loungers are placed to relax and enjoy the beautiful Algarve sun. A common barbecue area is also available so that you can make beautiful grills during your stay. For your safety, the house has a first aid kit, extinguisher, fire blanket in the kitchen. For your convenience, the house has air conditioning in 4 of the 5 rooms (the room located in the basement has no air conditioning as it is fresh by nature). We also have a baby cot and high chair (subject to availability), iron and ironing board, bed linen and towels for all guests, weekly cleaning (every 7 days) and private parking for 2 cars inside the room (subject to availability). Our services: For your convenience, we offer a wide range of services. You can rent a car, book your transfers or buy your tour or water park tickets with us, upon your booking or during your stay. Reservations: To guaranty your reservation is required a 30% down payment by bank transfer or credit card, the remaining 70% are paid by bank transfer or credit card up to 30 days before check in A deposit of 400 in cash is required at check in in each reservation. For group reservations under 30 years old, is required a deposit of 250 per person, this deposit is paid in cash on the day of entry and returned on the checkout date, if damage to the property or dirt above normal, as per rental rules that you will receive in your email. The owner delivers the key directly to customers at the check in. The payment includes all water expenses, electricity, condominium and cleaning. Check in in July and August a minimum of 7 nights stay is required. On the remaining months, shorter stays are possible upon availability.
