Charming village house in the old town of Vejer de la Frontera, one of the most beautiful villages in Andalusia, in a very quiet street two minutes walk to Plaza España (main town square), restaurants and shops, etc.
The house completely renovated, has pellet heating with radiators in all rooms. Upon entering we have a small patio-distributor covered by a glass mountain that leads, on the one hand, to the ground floor, with a bathroom (with washing machine and dryer), living room with kitchenette of 50 m with wonderful views

From the roof, with lighting, water and electricity outlets are controlled the scheduled irrigation of all the floors of the same and the facade.
Very close to the best beaches: 12 kms. Palmar, Zahora, Caños de Meca and also the beaches of Conil; 9 kms from Barbate and half an hour from Zahara de los Atunes and La Barrosa, the best beach in Chiclana.
