Zinal is a very sporty and dynamic resort that has the wind in its sails: there are many renowned events such as the Sierre-Zinal mountain race, the Zinal Freeride, the Mauler Cup (paragliding and delta) etc. Several national ski teams (Switzerland, France, Italy, Finland, ...) train there from November to take advantage of the optimal snow conditions of the resort.
