It is a house in the historic center of Altea, a beautiful and exclusive village on the Mediterranean Sea.
The house, with a white façade, has a spacious garage with automatic door where to store the car.

As we enter through the main door, on the ground floor, we have a welcome hall with a toilet and two doors, one enters the garage from inside and another vine accesses the interior. We find a spacious living room attached to a large fully equipped kitchen and with a table and seats to eat. The living room, in turn, has two parts, one of them with a loft followed by the kitchen and the other, is a room with fireplace.
From the spacious living room we enter one of the rooms or office, which also a fireplace.
We climb the stairs, to go to the first floor, there we find an open space where to read or sit down to rest. On the first floor there are 3 double bedrooms, one of them, facing the outside street, has a balcony and bathroom en suite with bathtub. The next double bedroom, has built-in wardrobe and wooden floors, finally, the third bedroom, is a very large room with fitted wardrobes, a more modern touch and a large bathroom en suite with massage bath and shower at ground level.
This floor in turn contains a toilet.
