House T3 in Quinta do Paço do Lumiar

The farm of the Palace of Lumiar, with an area of 14,557 m2, is located in the secular parish of Lumiar, known in the eighteenth century for its noble farms, olive groves and vineyards, which is why this area is classified in the PDM of Lisbon as "area of historic farms" in the city center. The quinta do Lar's palace is side by side with the emblematic building of the Manuel Bernardes College, in Quinta dos Azulejos, from the 19th century. Very close to 18 are also points of cultural, historical and social interest such as the National Costume Museum and the National Theater Museum, both inserted in an extraordinary natural setting, the bucolic Monteiro Mor Park.Still in this parish of S. João Batista do Lumiar, dating back to 1276, is built the beautiful Mother Church, the lately rehabilitated Chafariz do Boneco, the historical complex of Azinhaga, a preserved heritage, and also an immense green space with about 16 hectares and golf course.
