The apartment is located in the commercial / functional area of Villajoyosa, with the advantage of being able to walk to the beach (less than 5 minutes walk) and access all the services of the neighborhood: bakery, large grocery store on the corner that opens until late, Mercadona 200 meters, Plaza de la Barbera one minute and the Tram stop of line 1, Alicante-Benidorm, just 5 minutes walk, crossing the Plaza de la Barber). It is not necessary to take the car at all. The old town is a 5-minute walk away.
It is a ground floor duplex, with ample space to relax.
The duplex is accessed by two streets: one of them leads directly to the back garden and the other is the main entrance to the farm, without stairs for being a low.
