In this PIP that had a favorable opinion, an urban operation was proposed in terms of the ordering of the PDM as "Low Density Urbanspaces", constituting 13 lots of single-family housing with 2 floors above ground.
Following the Review of the PDM of Setúbal, a proposal was submitted to change the qualification of the urban soil for the plot, allowing an urban operation of higher density, with multifamily buildings of 4 floors plus basement (caércea up to 15m), a request that obtained favorable decision 2020.
