Tourist Resort - Adventure Tourism
Total land area 46,613m². Of the equipment that exists in the surroundings of the land, the motocross track currently deactivated, the Cova da Baleia adventure park, the MagaCamp and Alto da Urzeira paint ball park with hiking trails stand out. It is thus proposed a tourist resort linked to adventure sports with a motocross track, go-kart track, area for slide and rappel practice, forest trails in a walking environment, support building with restaurant/café, reception, secretariat and multipurpose spaces and accommodation.
