An Exclusive Concept

AURIOS is a project with unique features, an urban retreat in a luxurious country atmosphere for a sophisticated and cosmopolitan lifestyle.

In the heart of the vibrant city of Porto, AURIOS displays a current vision of the relationship between architecture and nature, with buildings hidden in the landscape.

The project

AURIOS has 48 units facing the river, where the great houses of Porto traditionally face. There are 26 villas and 22 apartments designed with the highest level of quality and demand.

T4 Duplex Garden Houses

The eight units closest to the Douro River have an area of ​​over 350 m2 spread over two floors.

The entrance and access to the garage are located on the upper level, where the living and service areas, kitchen, bathroom, laundry room and a living room, with almost 70 m2, also have access to the upper terrace, equipped with pool.

Downstairs are the four bedrooms, all with en-suite bathrooms and access to the ground floor terrace with bamboo decking.

The master suite has 35 m2 plus a bathroom, equipped with a separate shower and bathtub and two sinks.

On the second level, there is a line of nine houses, spread over three floors, with an approximate area of ​​300 m².
