b) A parking area must be provided outside the lots, common to the entire area, in accordance with the legislation in force;
(c) Water supply shall be provided, wherever possible, from the mains

2. These areas shall be subject to the following constraints:
a) Net land cover index at 70%;
b) Volumetric occupancy index is 5 m3 per square meter;
c) Surface not waterproofed to 10% of the lot;
d) The distance of the buildings from the front limit of the lot must be equal to half of the respective height, with a minimum distance of 5 meters;
e) The minimum distances between industrial buildings and the boundaries of the lot are 5 meters, constituting a protection strip, where only low-height constructions are admitted, such as entrances and transformer stations;
