SITUATION
Geographically, the plot is located in Derborence, a valley with exceptional natural resources, a space of wild beauty, unique in the Alps. The Derborence Valley is also a paradise for hikers; walks of one or more days in a nature in its raw state, with grandiose, tormented, lunar, extraordinary landscapes, of majestic splendor, to live and dream without moderation. The site is accessible by vehicle only from about mid-May to the end of September each year. The rest of the year road access is closed. Derborence is about 16 km from Conthey, where there is one of the largest commercial areas in Valais, a SBB train station, as well as access to the nearest motorway.

COMMUNE
Derborence is a locality of the commune of Conthey, one of the most populated communes on the right bank of the Rhône, with a population of 8700 inhabitants, grouped into ten villages.

PLOT
