Very nice holiday home on a hillside with stunning views over the green neighborhood, sea views from the roof terrace. From the entrance on the ground floor, a hallway leads to the beautiful, bright living room with a fireplace and a large terrace with garden furniture, a nice place to linger.
Next to the living room is the kitchen, which also has access to the terrace, the kitchen is simply furnished, there is a breakfast area for 4 people. Another hallway leads to the master bedroom and another bedroom, each with its own bathroom. There is a guest toilet in the hallway at the entrance.
In the lower area, the studio, we find another small living room with direct access to the garden, a bedroom with a small bathroom and a mini kitchen.
At the front of the garden we have a sheltered seating area in the green, a nice place to eat outside. At the very large pool, surrounded by palms, trees and hedges, there is a wide seating area and sun loungers for sunbathing. The 5000m2 property is very nice and quiet - vacation from the star
Note: Since April 1, 2024, a tourist tax has been implemented for all new reservations. This tax will be applied per day, per guest aged 13 years and above, with a maximum limit of 7 nights' stay. From April 1 to October 31, the tax is €2 per day, and from November 1 to March 31, it is €1 per day. This tax must be paid before arrival via bank transfer.
