HOLIDAYS RENTALS~~A development of apartments around a large beautiful communal garden and pool.~~The architecture is 'Modern Spanish' with many arches and very attractive.~~The beach is a 15 minute walk or 3 minute drive and the shops a 10 minute walk. The tennis and golf clubs are both within 5 minutes walk - both of which have restaurants. It is furnished to a very high standard with all you could want (and more) for a holiday!~~It has a recently refurbished and very well equipped open plan kitchen with washing machine, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, oven and hob. There is a small breakfast bar with two stalls. The sitting room is large and has a fresh bright out look leading to the covered terrace with table and chairs for 6, sun loungers.~There are three bedrooms, two with double beds (one has en-suite bathroom) plus a further family bathroom, and twin bedroom.~~Laundry room with washing-machine / TV (cannot guarantee in what language it will be)~~There is a good sized private garden which leads out to the communal garden and pool area.~~Allocated parking space.~~NEAREST AIRPORT:~Gerona (45 minute drive)~Barcelona (2 hour drive)~~~HUTG-014386
