Spanish Town is being revitalized and all roads lead to New Brunswick Village. Located as the name suggests along New Brunswick Avenue; this gated community is the first of its kind for the parish of St. Catherine as it is both commercial and residential in nature. The residences are comprised of two blocks of apartments (Block G and H, 35 units each; totaling 70 units) as well as townhomes (19 units) gated and secure.
