Designed by the famous architect Henry van de Velde and commissioned by the jeweller Raymond Wolfers, this exceptional modernist residence was built in 1929 in the Place Brugmann and Avenue Lepoutre district. Set in a plot of 4.84 acres, this house, spread over 4 levels of around 200 m² each (for a total gross floor area of around 800 m²), stands majestically with its cascading terraces in the heart of a garden created by landscape architect Jacques Boucher.
