FACADE SAN JOSÉ STREET In essence, the "Casa Payes albicenca" is a stand-alone country home nestled between green hills and surrounded by nature. We intend to recover the primitive contrast between the green juniper and the white lime of the payes styled walls. Leveaging on the south facing, we propose a wall as backdrop for "Ca n'Espanyol", built through a set of consecutive garden terraces and massive planters of vast vegetal richness, designed with ecological and low maintenance irrigation systems. LATTICE FACADE (CAMINO DE LA IGLESIA STREET As for this facade, our proposal consists of a skin formed by permeable ceramic latticework, serving as transitional element between the interior and the exterior. This results in an external composition that is respectful of the surroundings, and an elevation organized by vertical axes with prevalence of stone pillars on holes, while inturn the semi-transparency of the skin allows the natural air circulation, a better use of natural light inside the residences and biggest terraces. ROOFTOP When we go up to the building's terrace, we will enjoy the spectacular views of Santa Eulalia del Rio in an atmosphere that transmits the essence of Ibiza where the vegetation of the island is mixed with the stone of Ibiza and the sound of water.
