Located outside the city of Moura, on the N258 National Road, this land with 3.45 hectares of olive groves, consists of 360 quality olive trees for the production of olives. There is already information from the Municipality of Moura that enables the construction of an agricultural warehouse, to support the activity. There is also facility for water hole and electrical installation on the land, since there is already an electricity point next to the land. Located in the Atalaia Magra area, less than 2km from the center of Moura, the plot has a privileged location and access as it is next to the national road between Moura and Safara. The city of Moura belonging to the Beja district, Alentejo region and Baixo Alentejo sub-region. Alentejo has the largest area of olive groves, being the region that produces the most olives in Portugal, representing about 75% of national production.
