However, a slight delay in the process occurred when Paula received a crucial estate document later than expected. This required a brief waiting period until the document was signed by a notary. Just two days after it was finalized, Properstar closed the sale with the buyer, who promptly paid 50% of the commission deposit.
The apartment sold for €250,000, and Paula and Javier expressed their satisfaction with Properstar, their agent, and the service.
