During the last real estate crisis, like banks, we created a "Special Affairs" sector with a "Recovery" service for clients in difficulty (process of fulfillment of a debt by a banking institution). This service makes it possible to solve many problems upstream without going through the judicial route (forced sale), but also to save time and avoid costs. This is a procedure initiated outside the official procedures (Prosecution Office) in the "Recovery" cases. We have a great deal of experience in this area.
