The villa welcomes us through steel gates leading to a spacious entrance including a car porch. Upon entering the hall, we reach a cozy common space, highlighted by the fireplace, sunny windows overlooking the pool and garden, and the game area. The friendly serving hatch that connects the kitchen to the living room makes it perfect for entertaining guests while maintaining the separation of the two rooms.
Walking down the steps to the private area, we find a guest bathroom with a shower and four bedrooms (two of which with built-in wardrobes and one en suite - with a bathroom with a tub). The pool zone is supported by a wide porch and barbecue area with a wood-fired oven, adjacent to an outdoor workshop/storage space that can be used for various purposes.
The entire floor is covered in terracotta tiles, a material traditionally used in the south to maintain a cool environment during the hot months. The double glazed e PVC windows, are easy to maintain and keep a good insulation.
